New Build - St Hilda's Plot 1
Instructed by the client to install a garden that was inkeeping with the modern style of house but that would take the emphasis away from the blank white wall and tall flats behind.
Request for a relatively low maintenance planting plan.
Plan prepared and agreed by client. Decision to paint the wall and fencing panels a deep grey which mirrored the colour of the window and bi-fold door frames. Two coats of fencing paint supplied and applied.
Large corner Bed created with planting set out around a very large established Olive tree and 2 standard corkscrew bays. Two large spiral conifers planted in to pots, shaped and placed on the patio creating a striking feature viewed through the bi-fold doors.
Garden strimmed and cut. Work carried and out and completed over 2 days.
- Discussion with client identifying issues and requirements including tight timescale
- Visual Plan drawn up and agreed
- Fencing painted to mirror window and doorframe colours
- Architectural plants added creating focal points drawing the view away from overlooking flats and imposing wall
